EMDR therapy for women tired of anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.
Let’s get to the root so that you can stop overthinking your decisions, worrying about what other people think, and being so hard on yourself.
Calm, clarity & confidence
Calm, clarity & confidence
Does this resonate?
You’ve always been the one others can count on, the dependable daughter, the supportive friend, the driven one who works hard and gets things done.
From the outside, you look like you have it all together. But on the inside, you’re exhausted. The overthinking, the pressure to get it all right, the constant balancing act of work, relationships, and maybe even parenting, it’s a lot.
Maybe you’ve been in therapy before. You’ve done the self-care practices, read the books, and collected plenty of tools. You’re insightful and self-reflective. But you’re still waiting to feel different. You don’t want to just keep managing your anxiety, you need something to change.

I am a therapist who specializes in helping you go deep to uncover the patterns and sticking points for your anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. We then help you shift those sticking points so that you don’t keep feeling anxious, small, or self-critical when someone challenges you or you make a mistake.
I bring a warm, grounded, and down to earth approach to therapy. That means I won’t flinch when you say the thing maybe you’ve been scared to say out loud or need a space to process unfiltered without judgment. I love working with women who are motivated in their own growth and healing, who are introspective, and want deep healing not surface level coping. They’re the ones that usually see the most benefit in our work together.
who i work with
I support women who are…
Perfectionists, people-pleasers, and overthinkers who want relief, not more coping
High achievers who still feel anxious underneath it all
HSPs, empaths, or intuitive
Moms of sensitive or neurodivergent kids who feel stretched thin
Women shaped by trauma who learned to stay small, stay strong, or stay invisible
You are worthy of care.

My Specialties
Where I do my best work
01 anxiety
Your mind never rests, always replaying, preparing, or overthinking. Therapy can help calm your nervous system so you feel lighter and more at ease.
02 TRAUMA
Some experiences stay with us, keeping the body on high alert. EMDR, Brainspotting, and Flash can help release what’s stuck so you feel grounded and free.
Your sensitivity is a strength. In therapy, we’ll help you turn that care inward so you can show up for yourself with the same compassion you give others.
04 MOMS OF HIGHLY SENSITIVE & NEURODIVERGENT KIDS
You aren’t doing it wrong. Parenting a uniquely wired kid just requires a different approach. And it starts with a well regulated parent. Let’s get you there!
Living with celiac disease often comes with anxiety, hypervigilance, and the invisible emotional weight of managing an autoimmune disease every day.
You look put together, but inside the pressure to be perfect feels exhausting. Therapy can help quiet the inner critic and bring you back to peace.
You’re quick to care for others, but your own needs often slip away. Therapy is a space to finally set that weight down and prioritize you.
MY APPROACH
Attachment-Focused EMDR
Attachment-Focused EMDR helps gently heal the deeper wounds that keep you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or not enough, so you can feel safer, calmer, and more connected in your relationships and with yourself.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting helps us reach the places where stress, anxiety, and old wounds get stuck in the body, so you can finally release what’s been weighing you down and feel more calm, clear, and free.
Flash Technique
The Flash Technique offers a gentle way to ease the weight of highly distressing or overwhelming memories, helping you find relief without having to relive the pain.
Weekly therapy, extended sessions, and intensives are all paths forward—it’s about choosing the one that feels right for you.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEEKLY THERAPY, extended sessions, & INTENSIVES?
-
For ongoing support, weekly or bi-weekly 50 minute sessions provide a steady rhythm of care. Together we’ll:
Explore patterns and triggers
Process stress from work, relationships, or parenting
Build nervous system safety over time
Create sustainable shifts for long-term healing
Weekly/bi-weekly therapy is a gentle, consistent space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
-
For deeper, more spacious work, extended sessions offer time to slow down and go further. These 3-hour sessions, held every 4–5 weeks, create room for meaningful breakthroughs without the rush. Together we’ll:
Gently process what feels stuck or unresolved
Explore themes that need more time and attention
Integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, or Flash work at your own pace
Create space for both depth and rest
Extended sessions provide a nurturing rhythm with time in between to reflect, integrate, and live what you’re learning, with each session offering a deeper layer of healing.
-
For those ready for focused, immersive healing, intensives allow us to move through significant work in just a few days. This concentrated approach brings clarity and relief to what’s been weighing heavy. Together we’ll:
Identify and process the roots of current patterns or triggers
Use EMDR, Brainspotting, and other trauma-informed approaches for lasting shifts
Gently release what your body and mind have been holding
Develop tools for continued integration and calm
Intensives offer the depth and momentum to create clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of peace. Learn more about intensives here.
